An internal oil supply MQL device sprays oil mist onto the cutting edge through the piping of the machining center.

【Features】 Mist spraying capability from a 1mm diameter nozzle: Mist is sprayed from the main body nozzle at an air pressure that is almost equal to the supplied air pressure. When 0.5MPa of air is supplied, the air pressure at the nozzle is almost 0.5MPa with no pressure drop. This pressure allows for powerful mist spraying even from a 1mm diameter nozzle. (Test conducted using test piping prepared by our company) Automatic oil quantity adjustment: The oil quantity automatically increases or decreases in response to changes in nozzle diameter. When the nozzle diameter increases, the air volume increases, and the oil quantity also automatically increases. Conversely, when the nozzle diameter decreases, the oil quantity similarly decreases. It consistently sprays mist with almost constant density in response to changes in nozzle diameter. In a system that supplies oil via a pump, adjustments to the number of piston movements must be made based on the M signal, which requires effort in creating and modifying the program. Maintenance-free: Instead of using a piston pump, liquid is pushed out by the difference in air pressure from a special airline mechanism, sent to the nozzle section, and atomized with high-pressure air. Since there are no piston components or filters, it can be considered almost maintenance-free.
